Relationship Officer

Relationship Officer – Senior Relationship Officer We are looking for a Relationship Officer / or Senior Relationship Officer to join our company with the following qualifications and skills :

Main Responsibilities

Marketing lease / finance products to new and existing customers.

Visiting customers inside and outside the city.

Maintain excellent working relationships with customers and suppliers to optimize efficiency and customer care levels.

Strengthen relationships with existing clients and increase company's visibility in the market.

Obtain the required documentation from clients to initiate the credit analysis process.

Negotiate deals with customers and suppliers.

Maintain customer files up to date.

Follow up on collection with customers.

Requirements and skills

Minimum of 1 to 2 years of experience in marketing preferably in a financing company.

Bachelor's degree or diploma in marketing, business administration or finance.

Proficient in Microsoft Office applications including Word and Excel.

Excellent organizational skills.

Excellent oral and written communication skills (Arabic & English).

Exceptional time management skills.

Ability to adapt quickly and appropriately.

Ability to work under pressure.
