In this role, you will be responsible for designing innovative and aesthetically pleasing spaces that reflect the needs and aspirations of our clients. Your expertise in both architecture and interior design will play a pivotal role in enhancing the visual appeal and functionality of our properties. Working closely with architects, clients, and contractors, you will transform conceptual ideas into comprehensive design solutions, ensuring that each project aligns with Awtad's commitment to quality, sustainability, and excellence in real estate development.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with clients to understand their vision and requirements for various projects
• Develop and present design concepts, sketches, and renderings for architectural and interior projects
• Prepare detailed drawings, specifications, and documentation for construction
• Select materials, finishes, furniture, and fixtures that align with design concepts and provide cost-effective solutions
• Oversee the implementation of design projects, ensuring quality and adherence to timelines
• Coordinate with contractors and suppliers throughout the design and construction phases
• Stay updated with design trends, innovative materials, and technologies in the industry
