Interior Design Manager

Manage and lead interior design projects from concept to completion Collaborate with clients to determine project requirements and objectives Develop design proposals, mood boards, and presentations for client approval Ensure all designs are in compliance with health, safety, and building regulations Oversee the selection of materials, finishes, and furnishings Communicate regularly with stakeholders to provide updates and feedback Monitor project budgets and timelines, making adjustments as necessary Mentor and develop junior design staff and interns Stay current with industry trends and advancements, incorporating them into design strategies Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field 7+ years of experience in interior design, with a focus on residential, commercial, or hospitality projects Strong portfolio demonstrating previous projects and design capabilities Proficient in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite Excellent communication skills for client interaction and team collaboration Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously Keen eye for aesthetics and detail, paired with solid technical knowledge Ability to work well under pressure and adapt to changing project requirements Experience leading design teams and mentoring junior staff is a plus Seniority level
