We are currently seeking a

Director of Sales and Marketing / Head of Department

to join our vibrant team. As the Director of Sales and Marketing, you infuse our dynamic Team with an unparalleled level of strategic vision, a results-driven mindset, and an unwavering passion for elevating customer interactions. Your role as a leader is pivotal in steering our sales efforts to new heights, and your ambition sets the tone for achieving exceptional outcomes.

Manages all aspects of the hotel’s sales team initiatives.

Maximize the revenue and growth of the hotel by directing the revenue generates activities in accordance with the business plan.

Drive new business for your hotel.

Build effective and collaborative relationships with internal and external stakeholders to ensure all sales opportunities are maximized.

Qualifications

Saudi

nationality, or a citizen.

8–12 years

of progressive sales and marketing experience in the hospitality industry.

Arabic and English

speaker.

Commercially astute, multi-tasker who is motivated by challenge.

Clear thinker with excellent communication abilities and attention to detail

Ability to enhance the hotels community image.
