Regional Sales Manager

Partnership Development : Establish strategic partnerships with key stakeholders in KSA, including government agencies, distributors, and trade bodies. Pipeline Management : Build and maintain a robust pipeline of opportunities through CRM systems and data-driven decision-making. Client-Centric Approach : Act as the primary point of contact for top-tier clients, ensuring exceptional service delivery and relationship management. Team Building : Recruit, develop, and retain a high-performing sales team capable of delivering on aggressive targets. Performance Management : Set clear KPIs, monitor individual and team performance, and conduct regular reviews to ensure objectives are met or exceeded. Coaching and Mentoring : Provide strategic guidance, professional development, and career pathing opportunities for team members. Incentive Programs : Design and implement incentive schemes to drive motivation and high performance. Sales Operations Optimization : Develop and implement systems and processes that enhance the efficiency of sales operations. Compliance and Risk Management : Ensure adherence to local laws, company policies, and ethical standards in all business dealings. Collaboration : Work cross-functionally with supply chain, marketing, finance, and customer service teams to ensure seamless execution of sales initiatives. Technology Enablement : Drive the adoption of CRM tools and analytics for data-driven decision-making. Performance Analytics : Analyze sales performance data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement. Board-Level Reporting : Prepare and present sales reports, strategic updates, and market insights to senior management and the board of directors. Market Intelligence : Stay ahead of market trends, customer preferences, and regulatory changes, providing actionable insights to the leadership team. Market Presence : Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and conferences to enhance brand visibility and reputation. Thought Leadership : Act as a spokesperson for the company, positioning it as a leader in innovation and customer service. Marketing Collaboration : Partner with marketing teams to design and execute targeted campaigns that align with sales goals. Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, or a related field (MBA is a plus). Strong negotiation, presentation, and communication skills. Demonstrated ability to manage and lead a sales team effectively. High adaptability to local market dynamics and cultural nuances.
Job Overview
The Sales Manager is responsible for developing and implementing effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth, increase market penetration, and ensure customer satisfaction for the company’s home and personal care product portfolio in KSA. This role involves managing high-value accounts, establishing strategic partnerships, leading and inspiring a high-performing sales team, and ensuring compliance with the company’s business standards and objectives. A deep understanding of the KSA market, international customer dynamics, and FMCG sales operations is essential to excel in this position. The Country Sales Manager will play a pivotal role in advancing the company’s growth and strengthening its market presence in a competitive landscape.
