Overview

As a Senior Crew member, you will play a vital role in creating memorable experiences for our guests. Your responsibilities will encompass a range of tasks, from greeting and assisting guests with check-ins and waivers to providing gameplay guidance and ensuring the safety and cleanliness of our facilities. You will also be responsible for upselling experiences and packages, offering technical support, and maintaining smooth guest flow throughout their visit.

Responsibilities

• Greet and check-in guests, ensuring a warm and welcoming atmosphere.
• Assist guests with bookings, waivers, and gear-up processes.
• Provide clear instructions and guidance for an enjoyable gameplay experience.
• Monitor and maintain a safe and clean environment, adhering to health and safety protocols.
• Troubleshoot basic technical issues and provide timely support to guests.
• Upsell experiences, vouchers, and group packages, enhancing guest satisfaction.
• Ensure a smooth guest flow from check-in to post-experience, managing queues efficiently.
• Maintain a positive and friendly attitude, promoting a fun and engaging atmosphere.
• Collaborate with the management team to implement improvements and maintain high standards.
• Act as a role model and mentor for the crew, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
