Establish, develop, and maintain positive business and customer relationships in the assigned territory. Deliver detailed technical advice on vegetable seed varieties, cultivation practices, and crop management to optimize customer success. Drive sales through compelling presentations and demonstrations to illustrate the benefits and value of the company\'s seed offerings. Identify opportunities within the region and incorporate them into the growth and development of the company in export and specialist markets. Generate customer demand for VEG seeds relevant to the assigned geography to support the commercial team in achieving VEG SE sales targets. Identify customer needs and resources to ensure successful outcomes. Ensure demo field trials are executed and visited by customers for pre-commercial and commercial varieties in alignment with campaign plans. Provide feedback from demo trials to main stakeholders. Oversee the performance of the pipeline with Trialing officers and the Product Manager through regular visits. Support new product launches and execute campaigns by delivering key messages and promo materials to customers. Be the technical reference for the assigned VEG crops, providing technical support on varieties to customers and the team. Provide agronomic solutions and advice to customers and prospects. Collect market and competitor information (market intelligence) and information on varieties performance. Handle the technical side of customer complaints and resolve them in a timely manner. Meet and exceed annual sales targets and contribute to the overall success of the company. Maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops, reviewing professional publications, establishing personal networks, and participating in professional societies. Qualifications
Knowledge, experience & capabilities
Critical knowledge and experience Bachelor’s degree in agriculture, horticulture, agronomy, or related field. Sales experience in the agriculture industry, preferably in vegetable seeds (5–7 years), mainly in Saudi Arabia; experience in other markets is a plus. Marketing experience is a plus. Strong knowledge of vegetable crop production and agronomy. Strong knowledge of the vegetable seeds market and customer needs. Very good English language proficiency. Critical technical and professional capabilities Understand customer needs and market dynamics, including competitive environment. Strong agronomic seeds background and experience. Deep understanding of product behavior and performance. Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to build rapport with clients and understand their technical needs. Proficiency with SDFC software and Microsoft Office Suite. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory. Passion for agriculture and helping growers succeed. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Self-motivated with a results-driven approach. Excellent time management and organizational skills. Work Environment
Field-based position with frequent travel to customer sites. Virtual office for meetings, planning, and reporting activities. Based in Saudi Arabia.
