About the Role As a Business Consulting Specialist, you will work closely with clients to bridge business goals with the power of the ServiceNow platform. You’ll play a key role in shaping digital strategies, designing scalable processes, and delivering enterprise-level solutions. Your mission : maximize customer value realization and become a trusted advisor.

Key Responsibilities :

Drive process design, governance, KPIs, and control frameworks at a strategic level.

Lead ServiceNow Projects(ITSM, ITOM etc) and enterprise service management consulting engagements.

Run executive workshops and pitch functional ServiceNow solutions.

Present high-level demos, conduct gap analyses, and translate needs into actionable solutions.

Define operating models, roles, dashboards, and reporting structures.

Align solutions with ITIL standards and ensure platform coherence.

Support organizational transformation through strong stakeholder engagement.

Implement ServiceNow systems aligned with enterprise architecture and process maturity.

What We’re Looking For

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in IT, Engineering, or related field.

7+ years of experience

in consulting or digital transformation, ideally in large, complex environments.

Deep understanding of PaaS solutions and enterprise platforms.

Hands-on ServiceNow experience

(including configuration and implementations).

Certified in : ITIL v4

ServiceNow System Administrator

ServiceNow Implementation Specialist

Fluent in

• English ;

Arabic

proficiency is highly desirable.

Strong presentation skills and ability to pitch solutions to business and technical audiences.

Proven capability to lead customer relationships and act as a

trusted advisor .
