Headhunter + Client Delivery Lead (AGM) | Enabling Growth Across All Industries in Qatar, UAE, KSA, Kuwait & Oman Job Summary :
The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of international logistics, proven sales expertise, and the ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships across air, sea, and land freight services.
Key Responsibilities :
Identify and develop new business opportunities in freight forwarding (Air, Sea, and Land).
Manage and grow relationships with existing clients, ensuring high customer satisfaction and retention.
Prepare and deliver customized sales presentations, proposals, and quotations.
Achieve assigned revenue and profit targets through effective sales strategies.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify new opportunities.
Collaborate with the operations and customer service teams to ensure smooth execution of shipments.
Participate in trade shows, industry events, and networking opportunities to enhance market presence.
Maintain an accurate and updated sales pipeline using CRM tools.
Key Skills and Requirements :
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field.
Minimum
5 years of sales / business development experience
in freight forwarding.
Strong understanding of international shipping, INCOTERMS, and customs procedures.
Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Strong market intelligence and customer relationship management skills.
Self‑motivated, goal‑oriented, and able to work independently.
Valid driving license and willingness to travel as required.
