Overview
We are seeking a motivated and experienced In-Store Sales Trainer to join the Lecmo family in Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidate will have a passion for luxury products and exceptional customer service. This role is essential in enhancing the sales team’s performance by delivering effective training, ensuring outstanding customer interactions, and driving in-store revenue growth. The position is open exclusively to Saudi nationals .
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement customized sales training programs for Lecmo's luxury perfumes and products.
- Guide and mentor in-store sales staff to improve their product knowledge and customer service skills.
- Conduct role-playing scenarios to prepare staff for real-world customer interactions.
- Monitor and evaluate employee performance and provide actionable feedback.
- Collaborate with management to ensure training aligns with brand standards and business objectives.
- Stay updated on market trends and competitors to enhance sales techniques.
- Act as a brand ambassador, promoting Lecmo’s values and luxury offerings.
Qualifications
Minimum of 4 years of experience in sales, preferably in the Perfumes or luxury sectors.Proven experience in coaching or training sales teams.Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.Strong ability to motivate and inspire a team.Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite.Salary and Benefits
