We are seeking a motivated and experienced
In-Store Sales Trainer
to join the Lecmo family in Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidate will have a passion for luxury products and exceptional customer service. This role is essential in enhancing the sales team’s performance by delivering effective training, ensuring outstanding customer interactions, and driving in-store revenue growth. The position is open
exclusively to Saudi nationals . Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement customized sales training programs for Lecmo's luxury perfumes and products. Guide and mentor in-store sales staff to improve their product knowledge and customer service skills. Conduct role-playing scenarios to prepare staff for real-world customer interactions. Monitor and evaluate employee performance and provide actionable feedback. Collaborate with management to ensure training aligns with brand standards and business objectives. Stay updated on market trends and competitors to enhance sales techniques. Act as a brand ambassador, promoting Lecmo’s values and luxury offerings. Qualifications
Minimum of 4 years of experience in sales, preferably in the Perfumes or luxury sectors. Proven experience in coaching or training sales teams. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills. Strong ability to motivate and inspire a team. Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite. Salary and Benefits
Salary :
7,000 SAR per month . Additional commission
