In this new role you will own the KSA business and lead a team of key account managers. Your mission is to grow sales, motivate and develop your team, and manage the sales strategy for KSA with our main customers.
Responsibilities
- Be responsible for handling P&L and resolve market access and customer issues as necessary.
- Lead the local sales team to ensure profitable business growth and elevate the organization.
- Report business status to the MEA level.
- Identify, develop, and close key sales opportunities with new customers.
- Plan and execute sales and marketing strategies.
- Produce and deliver formal business proposals and presentations to the targeted customer base.
- Create and present customer proposals and quotations where applicable.
- Develop cooperative business plans with customers and partners, defining new business models to drive growth.
- Research, define, and recommend an overall "go to market" strategy.
Position Requirements
Minimum 10 years of business management experience; proven people‑management skills.Experience with technology products, ideally in the phone industry.Strong commercial / customer understanding and experience with channel or channel‑based sales models.Confidence in presenting and engaging customers / channel partners.Excellent analytical and communication skills; comfortable with financial management and P&Ls.Strong networking skills and ability to work in a matrix organization.Dynamic, proactive, and self‑driven with a positive outlook.What We Can Offer You
