Head of Nursing – Premium Care Medical Polyclinic (Tabuk, Saudi Arabia)

We are seeking an experienced Head of Nursing to lead our nursing department at Premium Care Medical Polyclinic. The ideal candidate will be a strong leader with proven expertise in clinical management, staff training, and compliance with national and international healthcare standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage the nursing department, ensuring delivery of high-quality patient care.
• Implement and monitor adherence to CBAHI standards and other international healthcare guidelines.
• Develop and deliver lectures, training sessions, and orientation programs for new and existing nursing staff.
• Lead initiatives in clinical education, professional development, and performance improvement .
• Coordinate nursing activities and staffing to maintain efficient patient flow and operational excellence.
• Work closely with physicians and the management team to enhance patient outcomes and service quality.
• Support the implementation of quality improvement programs and patient safety initiatives.
