Must-Have : 10+ years of experience in organizational development & human resources with recent 5 years in a managerial role Experienced in designing & implementing organizational structures and leading change management initiatives Experienced in developing HR policies & procedures, and conducting job evaluations Proficiency with performance management systems, financial acumen, data analysis, and strategic planning Nice to Have : Bachelor’s / Master’s degree in Business Management, Human Resources Management or any other relevant field.
