The Role

As Rhime’s Chief Technology Officer , you’ll lead the technical direction of the company from day one. You’ll work closely with the founders to architect, build, and scale the platform from the ground up — setting the foundation for everything that follows.

You will :

• Define Rhime’s technology architecture and development roadmap
• Build and lead a small, high-impact engineering team (frontend + backend)
• Collaborate closely with design and product on our first MVP
• Make key decisions on stack, infrastructure, and scalability
• Establish engineering standards, culture, and long‑term vision
