Overview of Role
The Customer Projects Delivery Manager supports the Project Manager and Customer Delivery Manager in ensuring smooth project delivery and customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Customer Communication & Coordination : Liaise with end users and manage expectations.
- Project Documentation & Planning : Maintain project plans (Gantt charts), consolidate project documentation, and ensure accurate shipping documentation.
- Site & Installation Management : Approve site drawings and civil works, manage installation teams and subcontractors, and oversee installation and ensure final acceptance.
- Integration & Handover : Document integration processes with third‑party software and support service team post‑handover.
