We are hiring an AI Systems & Integration Lead to lead this transformation. This is a hands-on, cross-functional role that blends engineering, automation, and applied innovation. You’ll architect and implement smart workflows, develop AI agents, and create intelligent integrations across our systems and teams.

Role Overview

This is a strategic position for a high-performing individual who can deliver real outcomes. You’ll design and deploy custom AI agents , automate workflows, and serve as the in-house architect connecting platforms like CRM, Microsoft Copilot Studio, and internal knowledge bases. Your work will directly shape how SHC operates — faster, smarter, and with AI at the core.

You will collaborate closely with department heads, the CEO’s office, and internal tech stakeholders to transform business needs into scalable, AI-powered systems.

Location : Riyadh, Saudi Arabia (Remote considered for exceptional candidates)

Key Responsibilities

AI Agent Development

• Build and deploy custom AI agents using LLMs (e.g., OpenAI) to support operations, sales, HR, and delivery
• Train agents on SHC internal documentation and workflows
• Configure function calling, memory, and tool integration for business use cases

System Integration & Automation
