Human Resources Key Responsibilities 1. Recruitment & Onboarding Handle end-to-end recruitment for baristas, supervisors, and other positions. Prepare and post job advertisements, screen candidates, and schedule interviews. Conduct reference checks and issue offer letters and contracts. Organize onboarding and orientation sessions for new hires. 2. Employee Relations Maintain employee records and manage attendance, leave, and disciplinary actions. Serve as the main point of contact for employee concerns or grievances. Promote a healthy and professional work environment. Support team engagement and communication across all coffee shop locations. 3. Payroll & Administration Coordinate with finance to ensure accurate and timely salary processing. Track overtime, deductions, and allowances (e.g., food, transportation). Prepare HR reports such as attendance summaries and manpower lists. 4. Performance & Development Monitor employee performance and support evaluations with supervisors. Identify training needs and assist in organizing skill development sessions. Support implementation of performance improvement plans where needed. 5. Policy & Compliance Ensure compliance with Saudi labor laws and internal company policies. Update and implement HR policies and procedures. Maintain confidentiality of employee and company information. 6. Health, Safety & Culture Support compliance with health and safety standards in the workplace. Encourage a culture of teamwork, respect, and accountability. Skills Qualifications & Skills Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. Minimum 2 years of HR experience (F&B or hospitality industry preferred). Good knowledge of Saudi labor law and GOSI / Mudad systems. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in MS Office and HR software systems. Fluent in English.
