VP of Development & Application Enablement

Lead the development of products and has overall ownership for the development and delivery of IT services to meet business needs, within the organization policy and procedure.

Key Accountabilities and Activities

• Developing and implementing an annual trade show or other events to assist in achieving the business objectives.
• Developing a plan for each sponsorship opportunity, including marketing materials such as brochures and fliers that promote the event or activity.
• Coordinating with event producers to ensure that all sponsors are represented at events.
• Lead development of sponsorship strategies and key performance metrics.
• Manage continual improvement process to ensure sponsors continue to participate.
• Lead market research efforts to identify industry and market trends for development of sponsorship strategies.
• Guide the execution of sponsorship agreements.
• Create events budgets and track projected expenses.
• Interface with internet marketing to create and manage online sponsorship programs to ensure a steady stream of prospects and future sales.
• Collaborate with the public relations team to maximize media coverage and exposure for event.

Develop and adhere to timelines for event planning, ensuring tasks are completed efficiently and deadlines are met.

People Management

Participate in the identification and recruitment of key talents for their respective Department

Manage, guide and assist direct reports to perform their functional operations in accordance with set policies and procedures

Set performance objectives, provide necessary support, evaluate / appraise the team and provide regular feedback on performance

Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree Required.

Master’s Degree Preferred.
