Position Overview
The Air Conditioning Sales Promoter is responsible for promoting, demonstrating, and selling air conditioning products directly to customers in retail stores, showrooms, or promotional events. This role focuses on building strong customer relationships, increasing brand visibility, and driving sales performance in line with company objectives.
Key Responsibilities
Actively promote and sell air conditioning units and related products to customers.
Provide product demonstrations and explain technical specifications, benefits, and features.Upsell and cross-sell related products, accessories, and service packages.Customer EngagementApproach and engage potential customers in a professional and friendly manner.
Answer customer queries, provide recommendations, and assist in product selection.Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and build long-term relationships.Market & Brand RepresentationRepresent the company’s brand, ensuring professionalism and product knowledge.
Execute in-store promotions, product displays, and marketing activities.Collect customer feedback and market insights to report back to management.Reporting & AdministrationAchieve assigned sales targets and KPIs (units sold, revenue, conversion rate).
Maintain accurate daily / weekly sales records and submit reports to supervisors.Track stock availability and request replenishments when required.Qualifications & Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree in Business / Marketing is a plus).Previous experience in sales, retail, or consumer electronics promotion (AC or home appliances preferred).Strong communication, presentation, and customer service skills.Basic technical understanding of air conditioning systems (training will be provided).Ability to work under pressure and achieve sales targets.Presentable, energetic, and confident personality.#J-18808-Ljbffr
