Financial Director

الوصف الوظيفيPrepare annual and quarterly budgets in collaboration with all departments Develop advanced financial forecasting models to support strategic planning Analyze financial variances and develop corrective plans and recommendations Conduct profitability analysis of products and services and identify cost centers Analyze operating costs and identify savings and improvement opportunities Prepare investment analysis and return on investment (ROI) for new projects Monitor and analyze key financial performance indicators (KPIs) and prepare executive reports Support strategic planning process with financial analysis and recommendations Ensure full compliance with Saudi Zakat and tax regulations Prepare and submit tax and Zakat returns within specified deadlines Deal with regulatory and tax authorities and respond to their inquiries Manage external and internal audit processes ensuring full cooperation Identify and assess financial risks and develop mitigation strategies Establish and implement financial and operational risk management policies Monitor liquidity and cash flow and manage banking relationships Manage insurance and guarantees and assess required insurance coverage Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration from a recognized university Professional certification : CPA, CMA, ACCA, or equivalent (strongly preferred) Master's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration (preferred) Specialized certifications in risk management or financial analysis (preferred) 6-9 years of progressive experience in accounting and finance with proven track record Minimum 3 years of experience in a managerial or supervisory role in finance Proven experience in technology companies, startups, or fast-growing organizations (preferred) Practical experience dealing with Saudi regulatory authorities (Zakat and Income, Social Insurance) Experience in preparing financial statements according to International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS) Proficiency in advanced accounting systems (SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, or equivalent) Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel with ability to build complex financial models Deep knowledge of International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS) and local standards Comprehensive understanding of Saudi Zakat and tax systems and their applications Experience with financial analysis and reporting tools (Power BI, Tableau preferred) Knowledge of risk management systems and advanced financial analysis tools Exceptional accuracy and meticulous attention to detail with ability to detect errors Strong analytical skills and ability to solve complex problems Excellent communication skills in both Arabic and English (written and verbal) Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines High integrity and uncompromising professional ethics Leadership skills with ability to manage and develop finance teams Experience in financial analysis for technology companies and digital business models Knowledge of advanced financial planning tools (Hyperion, Anaplan) Experience in investor relations management and investment reporting Project management certifications (PMP) or Six Sigma Experience in internal audit and developing internal control systems Knowledge of latest Financial Technology (FinTech) trends and digital transformation Prepare financial reports on schedule : 100% Accuracy of financial reports : Free from material errors Monthly account closure within 3 business days : 95% Senior management satisfaction with report quality : 4.5 / 5 or higher Submit tax and Zakat returns on time : 100% No tax or regulatory violations : Zero violations Pass external audits without material observations : 100% Update risk management policies : Annual comprehensive review Accuracy of financial forecasts : Deviation less than 3% from actual Identify cost savings opportunities : 5% of total expenses annually Support strategic decisions : Provide required analysis within 48 hours Improve financial processes : Reduce reporting time by 15% annually

We are seeking an experienced and qualified Finance Director to join our leading AI company, FutureLook. The ideal candidate will lead all financial and accounting aspects of the company, ensuring compliance with international accounting standards and Saudi financial regulations. This role requires deep expertise in financial planning, analysis, and risk management, along with the ability to support strategic decision-making through accurate and comprehensive financial analysis in a fast-growing technology environment.
Key Responsibilities
Accounting and Financial Reporting

- Oversee all daily accounting operations ensuring accuracy and integrity of financial data
- Review and verify the accuracy of all accounting entries and financial transactions
- Manage accounts receivable and payable ensuring timely collection and payments
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual bank and accounting reconciliations
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS)
- Prepare detailed financial performance reports for senior management and board of directors
- Prepare cash flow reports and short-term and long-term financial forecasts
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards and continuous internal audit
