Financial Director

Overview

We are seeking an experienced and qualified Finance Director to join our leading AI company, FutureLook. The ideal candidate will lead all financial and accounting aspects of the company, ensuring compliance with international accounting standards and Saudi financial regulations. This role requires deep expertise in financial planning, analysis, and risk management, along with the ability to support strategic decision-making through accurate and comprehensive financial analysis in a fast-growing technology environment.

Key Responsibilities

Accounting and Financial Reporting

45% of time

• Oversee all daily accounting operations ensuring accuracy and integrity of financial data
• Review and verify the accuracy of all accounting entries and financial transactions
• Manage accounts receivable and payable ensuring timely collection and payments
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual bank and accounting reconciliations
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS)
• Prepare detailed financial performance reports for senior management and board of directors
• Prepare cash flow reports and short-term and long-term financial forecasts
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards and continuous internal audit
