Overview

Customer Service Associate (role open for Saudi nationals only), CS Operations — Job ID : | Afaq Q Tech General Trading. As an Amazon Customer Service Associate, you have a clear purpose : to prevent issues, solve queries, and delight our customers. You’ll be the first point of contact for our Saudi Arabia customers in both Arabic and English by answering their requests through phone, chat and / or email, including order and product questions, payment matters, and website guidance. Our Customer Service Associates use a variety of tools to navigate, research, and review solutions, and communicate effectively with customers.

Responsibilities

  • Answer inquiries from Saudi Arabia customers in Arabic and English via phone, chat, and email.
  • Prevent issues, resolve queries, and delight customers by providing clear solutions and guidance.
  • Research and navigate tools to identify customer needs and communicate effective resolutions.

Working hours

Role requires working variable hours to match when customers need us most. Shifts operate within 8 : 00 AM – 10 : 00 PM, Monday to Sunday, with a minimum 40-hour work week. Schedules are based on customer demand and can change every 1–4 weeks. You will receive your schedule at least 1–2 weeks in advance and may be required to work national holidays.

Required Qualifications

  • Minimum age : 18 years old
  • Saudi national
  • Minimum qualification of a high school degree — Passed
  • Strong communication skills in Arabic and English (both written and oral)
  • Experience working with a computer
  • Availability to work varying shifts from Monday to Sunday within the operating hours of 8 : 00 AM to 10 : 00 PM
  • Willingness and ability to work in rotating shifts (early, late, weekend, and overtime as required)
  • Preferred Qualifications

  • Minimum 6+ months of Contact Center / BPO experience in Voice Support is a plus
