Overview : A Saudi-based creative production company specializing in immersive event environments is hiring a Technical Manager (Power) to lead the technical operations for an upcoming large‑scale activation. The company delivers concept‑to‑execution solutions with a focus on aesthetic precision, functionality, and guest experience. This short‑term engagement is ideal for an experienced Technical Manager with a strong background in temporary power systems, site coordination, and multi‑departmental management.

The Role : The Technical Manager will oversee power infrastructure design, implementation, and maintenance while coordinating with AV, lighting, and logistics teams to ensure smooth technical execution across the venue.

Responsibilities :

• Lead the planning and setup of temporary power systems.
• Supervise technical teams (power, AV, and rigging) on‑site.
• Review technical drawings, distribution layouts, and safety compliance.
• Manage vendor coordination for generators, cabling, and power distribution.
• Conduct inspections, testing, and power load balancing.
• Troubleshoot on‑site technical challenges efficiently.
• Prepare daily reports and updates for project management.
