Responsibilities

• Oversee the construction action activities of Ramming / Piling, Trackers, Modules, Cleaning Robots
• Manage a team of Asst Construction Managers, Engineers, Supervisors, in-house workmen, sub-contractors
• Keep the schedules, KPIs, productivity norms, etc
• Ensure strict HSE compliance
• Ensure QA / QC compliances
• Responsible for rate analysis, costing, cost control, materials reconciliation, etc
• Mobilize the resources based on the requirement
• Close coordination with Project Company
• Coordination with vendors for project materials
• Administration of site resources
• Technical knowledge of Solar PV installations, conversant with international codes, project management, direct execution, communication, drafting skills, HSE & QC awareness & knowledge
