To lead and execute the marketing strategy of the company, enhancing its brand, supporting business growth, and managing marketing and proposal activities. The ideal candidate should have a solid background in marketing within the construction, infrastructure, and maintenance sectors, and demonstrated experience working with major clients such as Aramco and other large entities.
Key Responsibilities :
- Strategic Marketing
- Develop and implement integrated marketing strategies aligned with the company’s vision and goals.
- Monitor market trends, competitors, and client needs to guide business development efforts.
- Branding & Identity
- Enhance and maintain the company’s visual identity and brand positioning.
- Supervise the creation of marketing collateral, profiles, brochures, and corporate presentations.
- Lead the marketing components of proposals and bid submissions, especially for mega projects.
- Work closely with technical and estimating teams to develop compelling tender packages.
- Ensure compliance with client requirements, particularly with major clients like Aramco, SABIC, SEC, and government entities.
- Digital & Traditional Marketing
- Manage website content, social media presence, and online campaigns.
- Improve SEO performance and generate leads through digital platforms.
- Client Relations & Business Development Support
- Prepare marketing kits and tailored content for meetings with high-profile clients.
- Represent the company in exhibitions, trade shows, and networking events.
- Build and maintain relationships with decision-makers in large industrial and government organizations.
- Supervise internal marketing staff and coordinate with third-party agencies.
- Ensure the quality and timeliness of all marketing deliverables.
Requirements :
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or related field (MBA is an advantage).Minimum of 8 years of experience in marketing, with at least 3 years in construction or industrial sectors.Strong background in handling marketing and bids for large-scale projects.Previous experience working with or submitting proposals to major companies like Aramco, SABIC, or government agencies.Bilingual – Fluent in Arabic and English.Excellent presentation, writing, and interpersonal skills.Proficiency in digital marketing tools and MS Office Suite (Adobe tools is a plus).Preferred :
Knowledge of compliance and branding standards for industrial clients.Ability to manage tight deadlines and multiple concurrent projects.Seniority level
