Requirements
Education
At least a bachelor’s level in Education or equivalentMaster’s degree in educational leadership or equivalent – desirablePsychology and / or Special Needs qualification within bachelor’s or master’s – advantageousTeaching qualificationProfessional
At least 3 years’ experience in a senior leadership role, preferably in the Middle EastHigh level of awareness of current research on child learning and developmentCapable of identifying learning deficits and strengths to provide teaching and learning guidanceEfficient in implementing and maintaining operational systems for SEN and pastoral careCounselling and advisory skills to support students, parents and colleaguesEfficient in material resource management and staff trainingGood motivational skills to foster high morale in studentsResponsibilities
