Head of Middle School - Immediate (Female Only)

Location: Dammam, Eastern Province of Saudi Arabia

School Type: International UK private school for locals and expatriates (not typical western)

Curriculum: Cambridge Curriculum - IGCSE / A-level

Gender: Segregated at Grade 1 – separate boys and girls sections

Ministry Requirements: Applicants must be female due to requirement to enter the girls section

The school is seeking a Middle School Leader who will be responsible for the curriculum management and implementation for Middle School. The principal’s responsibilities include: curriculum, instruction, assessment, faculty development and student achievement. A major focus will be on teacher training for many non‑UK members of staff.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Master’s degree in Education (M.Ed., M.A.Ed., M.A., or M.S.) required
• Ph.D. or Ed.D. preferred
• Minimum 5+ years of teaching experience in a reputable international or national school
• Minimum 5+ years of leadership experience as a Head of Department (HOD) or Head of School
• Strong background in curriculum planning, teacher development, and academic supervision
• Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills
• Ability to work collaboratively with teachers, parents, and administration to enhance school performance

Compensation & Benefits

Salary: From SAR 14,000‑18,000 tax‑free per month

Accommodation: Allowance awarded

Flights: Annual reimbursement

Medical: Paid for by the school
