We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Resort Manager to oversee the daily operations of our luxury resort located in Hafr al Batin, Saudi Arabia. As a Resort Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring that all aspects of the resort are running smoothly and providing exceptional service to our guests.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage all departments within the resort, including front desk, housekeeping, food and beverage, and activities
• Train and supervise staff to maintain high levels of customer service
• Monitor and manage budget and expenses to ensure profitability
• Develop and implement strategies to increase revenue and occupancy rates
• Maintain relationships with vendors and suppliers
• Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and security regulations
