Develop relationships with customers, understand their needs and guide them through the buying or selling process. Ensure compliance with real estate laws, regulations, and company policies. Exceed sales targets and contribute to the overall success of the team and company. Generate new sales opportunities through networking, referrals, and marketing strategies. Coordinate with relevant departments to complete sales or lease processes. Negotiate contracts, terms, and pricing to ensure a successful deal closure. Present and promote properties to prospective buyers, highlighting key features and benefits. Communicate effectively with potential clients to understand their needs and offer suitable options. Arrange and conduct property tours with clients. Stay updated on real estate trends, property values, and competitor activities. Provide regular performance and sales reports to management. Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or diploma, preferably in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. Previous experience in sales, preferably in the real estate industry. Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills. Goal-oriented with a passion for sales and marketing. Strong knowledge of the local real estate market. Skills

Time management and organizational. Computer skills (Excel, PowerPoint, Word). Strong attention to detail and follow-up capabilities. Problem-solving and decision-making. Excellent interpersonal and customer relationship skills.
