Summary
We are looking for a Sales Specialist to join our sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for promoting, selling, negotiating contracts and executing sales strategies and achieving growth targets by attracting new clients and maintaining strong relationships with existing ones. This role requires excellent communication skills, a solid understanding of market and customer needs, and the ability to provide tailored solutions that meet client expectations.
Responsibilities
- Promote residential and commercial real estate properties to potential clients.
- Meet with prospective clients to understand their needs and provide suitable property options.
- Conduct property tours and explain features, pricing, and financing options.
- Negotiate terms and close sales transactions effectively.
- Follow up the client’s post-sales to ensure satisfaction and support.
- Maintain an updated database of leads, clients, and property listings.
- Present and promote properties to prospective buyers, highlighting key features and benefits.
- Collaborate with internal departments to ensure smooth operations.
- Stay updated on real estate trends, property values, and competitor activities.
- Prepare periodic sales reports and market analysis.
- Provide regular performance and sales reports to management.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, or a related field.Minimum of 1 year of experience in real estate sales.Knowledge of the local real estate market.Excellent communication and negotiation skills.Proficiency in Microsoft Office.Skills
