Sales Manager vacancy in Mecca Saudi Arabia
Overview
The position oversees the activities of multiple stores in Mecca and is responsible for achieving defined performance targets, leading recruitment, training, and decision making to improve overall store efficiency. The role orients new staff to clothing shop procedures, ensures high levels of customer care, and drives sales growth through excellent client service and retail experience while representing the brand.
Key Responsibilities
- Achieve measurable performance metrics in areas such as : average order value, sales per month, sales per square foot, sales turnover, shrinkage / contraction control, and conversion rate.
- Set shop sales targets to maximize sales and profitability.
- Ensure regular team meetings are conducted.
- Maintain and improve customer service standards across all stores.
- Adhere to and enforce Company SOP, policies and procedures, and loss prevention guidelines; develop steps to ensure compliance by all employees.
- Oversee implementation and adherence to Visual Retailing standards in all shops.
- Monitor stock movement.
- Recruit and train personnel in sales techniques, customer service, teamwork, and other decorums according to the firm and brand demands.
- Evaluate staff performance annually and promote open lines of communication through mentoring and motivation.
- Interpret and make decisions on operations and visual requirements based on store and customer needs.
- Other duties as assigned.
