About the job : Sales Manager - Real Estate

Our client in the Real Estate industry in Saudi Arabia is hiring for the position of Sales Manager.

Location : Riyadh

Key Responsibilities :

Manage all branches of the sales department to achieve maximum sales performance.

Supervise CRM tasks and classify customers according to project criteria.

Oversee daily recording of reservations and customer data on CRM and the Ministry's website.

Distribute work among sales supervisors, set their goals, and monitor results.

Supervise customer visits from telemarketing and support sellers during information sessions.

Lead sales activities, guide the team in customer interaction, and promote the company's services.

Ensure adherence to the strategic sales plan and timely project delivery.

Oversee the sales process, negotiate deals, and discuss prices and payment options.

Prepare weekly and monthly sales reports for the Marketing and Sales Manager.

Monitor competitors and report on their projects.

Track sales performance of agents and branches, preparing relevant reports.

Train and guide the sales team, respond to inquiries, and supervise their activities.

Supervise sales documentation and ensure completion of all required signatures.

Oversee administrative functions of branch supervisors and ensure sales targets are met.

Perform any additional duties related to sales objectives as assigned.
