Executive - Human Capital at Apparel Group. The role focuses on onboarding, probation management, job scoring, and induction activities to support new joiners and align roles with KPIs. Responsibilities
Probation and Confirmation of new employees : monthly monitoring based on joining date and end of probation period; develop and maintain a probation confirmation list; ensure that increments after probation take effect in the 6th month with approval; coordinate line managers to send the Performance Appraisal form for self-appraisal and conduct appraisal meetings with the employee and the reporting manager. Job Scorecards : ensure Job Descriptions are aligned with the position by preparing Job Scorecards that define the position’s role, accountability, and KPIs. Induction Process : assist in induction of new employees and conduct joining formalities such as biometric registration, bank account forms, employee contracts and location details. Buddy Program : follow up with new joiners within their first 6 months and implement a Buddy Program to assist new joiners within their first 3 months. Qualifications and Requirements
