What you'll do

As a Software Engineering Manager , your daily responsibilities might include :

• Managing and mentoring a team of engineers to design, develop, and maintain product features.
• Ensuring code and design quality meet industry’s best practices and high standards.
• Coaching and mentoring team members on high-level design, architecture, effort estimation, and testing practices.
• Providing feedback on engineers’ performance.
• Supporting engineers’ learning and development plans.
• Initiating hiring processes and resource allocation for the team.
• Removing impediments or guiding the team to do so.
• Overseeing the software development process implementation.
