Engineering Manager / Director

You will join a team of highly qualified team engineers to continue the innovation and development of our product which uses Machine Learning & Big Data technologies to analyze content from several data sources. Lucidya offers a result-driven, fun, and dynamic environment full of challenges.

As an Engineering Director, you will be leading a team of developers to increase the product offering of our SaaS which is built using industry's latest technologies. You will be expected to create processes, execute strategies and work closely with different team members to ensure projects are completed in a timely manner. You will work directly under the CTO in an agile yet demanding environment. We expect you to be a fast self-learner to adapt quickly to state-of-the-art technologies.

Responsibilities

• Lead research and development projects that produce new designs, products, and processes
• Ensure new features matches the management technical requirements product vision
• Determine the need for training and talent development
• Provide clear and concise instructions to engineering teams
• Check their team's work for technical accuracy
• Coordinate work with other managers and staff
