1. Strategic Leadership

Lead the development and refinement of the company’s strategic vision and objectives tailored to the building materials industry.

Collaborate with the Board of Directors to translate primary objectives into actionable plans for each department, ensuring alignment with industry trends and market demands.

2. Operational Oversight

Oversee the general administrative and executive operations of the company with a focus on optimizing processes related to manufacturing, distribution and supply chain management in the building materials sector.

Review and approve plans, executive programs, initiatives, projects and budgets before submission to the Board of Directors, ensuring resource allocation aligns with industry standards and company goals.

3. Business Development

Drive the development of new products, services and market expansion initiatives specific to the building materials industry, leveraging market research and customer insights to identify growth opportunities.

Spearhead efforts to establish partnerships and alliances to enhance the company’s market presence and competitive advantage in the building materials sector.

4. Quality Assurance

Review and audit all procedures, records, forms and quality system instructions to ensure compliance with industry regulations and standards for building materials, maintaining a commitment to product quality and customer satisfaction.

5. Policy Formulation

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering or related fields with a focus on the building materials industry preferred.

Minimum of 10 years of progressive leadership experience, preferably in building material companies or related industries.

Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate teams in a dynamic and competitive market environment.
