Job Summary :
Alesayi Motors is seeking a visionary and experienced General Manager – Service (After Sales) to lead its national after-sales service operations. The role involves developing and executing strategic plans to elevate customer satisfaction, grow market share, and align with global standards. The GM will oversee multiple service units, drive operational excellence, and foster a culture of continuous improvement and leadership development.
Key Responsibilities :
- Define and lead the vision for After Sales Services aligned with company goals.
- Develop short, mid, and long-term strategic action plans.
- Drive performance through KPIs and Hoshin Kanri execution.
- Lead improvement initiatives in collaboration with retail and TMC.
- Build second-tier leadership and succession plans.
- Conduct KAIZEN discussions and performance evaluations.
- Oversee operational frameworks and SOPs for efficiency.
- Mentor and develop associates across service divisions.
Skills
Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (MBA preferred).10–15 years of experience, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role in automotive after-sales.Strong knowledge in customer service, management, sales, HR, and strategic planning.Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.Fluent in English.#J-18808-Ljbffr
