Job Description : Digital PMO Specialist

Location : Riyadh, KSA

Are you a skilled and experienced Digital PMO Specialist with a passion for supporting digital projects and business KPIs? Join our team in Riyadh, KSA, and play a crucial role in planning, coordinating, monitoring, controlling, and reporting digital projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Digital Reporting : Prepare and maintain project reports, dashboards, and other documentation to ensure transparency and visibility of digital projects and business performance.
• Process Improvement : Continuously identify areas for process improvement and implement changes to optimize project delivery and efficiency.
• Project Coordination : Assist in planning, coordinating, and controlling projects, ensuring they are delivered according to the agreed scope, schedule, budget, and quality standards.
• Project Governance : Ensure all projects adhere to the bank's project management methodology, regulatory requirements, industry standards, and internal policies and procedures.
• Risk Management : Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks, and develop contingency plans to minimize their impact.
• Stakeholder Management : Communicate project progress, issues, and changes to stakeholders, including project sponsors, team members, and external vendors.
• Projects Milestones and KPIs : Monitor and report on project milestones and key performance indicators.
• Strategy Execution : Support the execution of strategic initiatives within the digital project management office.
