PMO Senior Consultant / Manager - 2-Month Engagement

PMO Senior Consultant / Manager – 2‑Month Engagement

Location : Riyadh, KSA.

Years of Experience : 10+ years.

Project Duration : 2 months.

Working Arrangement : on‑site.

Language Requirements : Fluency in Arabic & English (written and spoken).

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and refine PMO and EPMO operating models.
  • Design methodologies, frameworks, tools, and templates to standardize project delivery.
  • Build performance management frameworks including KPIs, dashboards, and reporting mechanisms.
  • Support the alignment of PMO practices with organizational strategy and portfolio priorities.
  • Provide expert advisory support to senior leadership on PMO best practices and transformation pathways.
  • Facilitate workshops, interviews, and working sessions to gather insights and validate design outputs.
  • Prepare executive‑ready presentations and documentation summarizing recommendations and deliverables.

Key Requirements

  • Proven expertise in developing Target Operating Models (TOMs) for PMO / EPMO functions.
  • Strong experience designing PMO frameworks, governance models, methodologies, and processes.

    • Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous experience working at a Big Four consulting firm (EY, KPMG, PwC, Deloitte).
  • Experience within the aviation sector, including PMO or transformation-related work.

    • Other Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Project Management, or a related field; Master's degree is a plus.
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work with senior stakeholders and deliver outputs under tight timelines.
