Overview
–Support the implementation of the organization’s talent acquisition strategy and policies.
–Serve as the first point of contact for assigned business units’ recruitment needs.
–Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for current and future vacancies.
–Contribute to employer branding and candidate engagement initiatives.
Operational Responsibilities
- Manage the full recruitment process for the university staff (sourcing, screening, interviewing coordination, offer negotiation).
- Post job openings on relevant platforms and track applications via ATS.
- Conduct initial CV reviews and phone screenings to shortlist qualified candidates.
- Coordinate interviews and assessments with hiring managers.
- Maintain accurate recruitment data and generate periodic reports on progress and metrics.
- Maintain track of recruitment status and develop periodic progress reports.
- Report on recruitment progress.
Ideal Experience, Capabilities and Skills
Industry Experience
Minimum 2–4 years of recruitment experience, ideally in higher education, creative industries, or professional services.Exposure to both local and international talent pools.Familiarity with recruitment tools, ATS, and professional networking platforms.Management capabilities
Strong organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple requisitions.Ability to prioritize and meet deadlines under pressure.Basic vendor management and negotiation skills.Interpersonal skills
