We are seeking a strategic and experienced
Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist
to lead recruitment operations and talent acquisition initiatives across the organization. This role is pivotal in aligning hiring strategies with business goals, optimizing recruitment processes, and ensuring a robust pipeline of qualified candidates to support organizational growth and efficiency. Key Responsibilities Develop and execute comprehensive talent acquisition strategies aligned with business objectives. Evaluate and recommend emerging recruitment technologies to enhance efficiency and competitiveness. Collaborate with executive leadership to prioritize hiring initiatives and manage recruitment budgets. Recruitment Operations Oversee end-to-end recruitment processes including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding. Ensure reliability, security, and compliance of candidate data and recruitment systems. Implement best practices in diversity hiring, candidate experience, and employer branding. Candidate Experience & Engagement Design and enforce candidate engagement policies to attract top talent. Monitor candidate feedback and continuously improve the hiring experience. Conduct regular assessments of recruitment processes and drive improvements. Technical Recruiting Develop strategies to attract top technical talent across engineering, IT, and other technical domains. Implement technical assessments and structured interview processes. Partner with technical teams to align hiring with project and business needs. Lead and mentor the talent acquisition team, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement. Design training programs to enhance team capabilities and ensure knowledge transfer. Recruit and retain top-performing talent acquisition professionals. Serve as the primary contact for internal stakeholders and external recruitment partners. Manage vendor relationships to ensure high-quality service delivery. Provide regular updates on hiring initiatives and maintain stakeholder engagement. Innovation & Technology Adoption Drive adoption of innovative recruitment technologies and tools. Stay current with industry trends and recommend new software and services. Enhance operational efficiency through strategic technology integration. Experience & Education : Minimum
6 years
in talent acquisition leadership roles, preferably within the
IT industry
and with experience in
KSA or the Middle East . Minimum :
