HOPPER OPERATOR-(Casting)

Responsibilities  ;

Operate and monitor hoppers for material storage and dispensing. Ensure proper loading, unloading, and storage of materials into hoppers. Adjust hopper settings and controls to regulate material flow according to production requirements. Inspect materials to ensure they meet quality standards before dispensing. Monitor hopper levels and maintain a consistent supply of materials to the production line. Maintain hopper systems, including performing routine checks and minor maintenance. Adhere to safety protocols and wear required protective equipment. Report any malfunctioning equipment or issues to the maintenance team. Maintain accurate records of material usage and inventory. Coordinate with other operators and teams to ensure smooth production flow.
