Senior Operator Area 11 - (HDPE)

The Senior Operator for Area 11 – High-Density Polyethylene (HDPE) is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operation of the HDPE unit, ensuring safe, reliable, and efficient production. With a minimum of 8 years of solid experience in the petrochemical or refinery industry, the Senior Operator monitors process parameters, performs troubleshooting, and ensures compliance with safety and environmental standards. The role involves adjusting operating conditions, coordinating with field and control room staff, and supporting maintenance activities. The Senior Operator also plays a key role in training junior operators and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives within the unit.

Roles and Responsibilities :

Operate and monitor the HDPE unit to maintain stable and efficient production.

Troubleshoot equipment and process issues to minimize downtime and maintain safety.

Adjust process parameters to ensure product quality and operational reliability.

Ensure compliance with all safety, health, and environmental regulations and procedures.

Coordinate with maintenance and technical teams for timely resolution of issues.

Lead and mentor junior operators to build operational competency and teamwork.

Maintain accurate records of process conditions, activities, and incidents during the shift.

Support continuous improvement and optimization initiatives for the HDPE unit.

Requirements Experience 8 - 15 years Education Graduate English Basic
