Hotel Sales Manager - Riyadh, Saudi Arabia (Indian Nationals Preferred)

We are in search of a dynamic and experienced Hotel Sales Manager to join our team in Riyadh. As a Hotel Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales and revenue for the hotel through various channels. You will work closely with the Director of Sales to develop and implement sales strategies that align with the hotel's business objectives.

Key Responsibilities : - Develop and maintain relationships with corporate clients, travel agencies, and other potential customers to drive business to the hotel. - Conduct market research and identify potential new markets for the hotel. - Collaborate with the marketing team to create promotional materials and campaigns to attract new business. - Create and maintain a database of potential clients and track sales activities. - Negotiate contracts, rates, and discounts with clients to maximize revenue for the hotel. - Monitor competitor activity and adjust sales strategies accordingly. - Train and motivate the sales team to achieve targets and exceed customer expectations. - Prepare regular reports on sales performance, market trends, and customer feedback.

Requirements : - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field. - Minimum of 5 years experience in hotel sales, preferably in a managerial role. - Excellent communication, negotiation, and networking skills. - Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment. - Strong analytical skills with a good understanding of market trends. - Indian nationality preferred.
