We are looking for a dynamic and experienced HR & Admin Executive to join our team in Riyadh.
The ideal candidate will play a key role in managing HR operations, government portals, and office administration to ensure smooth business operations and full regulatory compliance.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and issue employment contracts, offer letters, salary certificates, and HR-related letters.
- Handle iqama renewals, medical insurance (for employees and dependents), and GOSI updates.
- Process exit / re-entry visas and manage requests via Muqeem, Qiwa, and GOSI.
- Coordinate internally with departments and maintain updated employee records on Etimad.
- Prepare official letters for government and private entities (Chamber of Commerce, banks, embassies, etc.).
Government Portals & Regulatory Compliance
Maintain and update company records on portals such as Qiwa, GOSI, ZATCA, Monsha’at, and Etimad.Issue and renew CRs, ZATCA, Monsha’at, Saudization, and Local Content certificates.Monitor and resolve government penalties, violations, and alerts.Submit tenders, financial claims, and proposals via Etimad.Support regional teams with Etimad-related submissions and follow-ups.Ensure full compliance with Saudi labor and legal regulations.Supervise office setup, maintenance, purchases, and logistics.Manage invoices, petty cash, and office expenses.Coordinate drivers’ schedules, travel, accommodation, and event logistics.Oversee vendor management and service contracts.Coordinate meetings, events, and executive communications.Prepare monthly HR and expense reports.Liaise with regional and global offices.Provide administrative and logistical support to external teams on KSA projects.Official Company Representation
Communicate with government and private entities on behalf of the company.Follow up on official submissions and inquiries.Represent the company professionally in all external dealings.Seniority level
