Job Description
Advanced Formwork Co. Ltd (Doka) is seeking a dynamic and results‑driven HR Generalist (Saudi National) to join our versatile team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia . This role is ideal for a proactive, self‑motivated and accountable individual with a strong understanding of people and culture topics including recruitment and learning and development. The employment will be based in our Riyadh Office.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive the recruitment of selected positions (advertising, short listing, interviewing and selection process)
- Coordinate employee onboarding and offboarding processes to ensure smooth transitions
- Support training and development initiatives in collaboration with department heads
- Maintain and update employee records
- Prepare employment letters and other HR related documents
- Support health insurance administration and the annual renewal process
- Monitor and manage employees’ leave, medical and other benefits as well as time management
- Coordinate (business) travel arrangements for employees
- Support employee engagement activities and internal communication initiatives
- Prepare and maintain HR reports as required
- Ensure compliance with applicable labor laws and company policies
- Contribute to the implementation of HR initiatives and continuous improvement projects
Qualifications
