Job Description

As a COOP intern at Kearney, you will contribute to consulting project teams as they offer honest advice and practical guidance to our clients. Depending on each client’s unique needs, projects can differ in length, size, and location, giving you unique, hands-on experiences across a range of industries and service practices.

Working alongside a dedicated and diverse set of people, you will broaden your knowledge and experience in an open, agile, and collaborative environment. Key Responsibilities

• Support project teams by understanding, refining, and prioritizing research needs.
• Identify key issues, form hypotheses, and determine appropriate research solutions.
• Clarify scope and approach through proactive questioning.
• Conduct high-quality analysis, validate assumptions, and identify data anomalies.
• Gather, analyze, and synthesize information into firm-formatted deliverables like spreadsheets, summaries, or exhibits.
• Participate in brainstorming sessions to generate innovative ideas and solutions.
• Through targeted research and document creation, you can build knowledge in specific content areas (spikes) and develop expertise.
• Develop effective client relationships and collaborate with client teams to obtain needed information.

The KSA COOP Program offers up to 6 months of training, this cycle will start in January 2026 with potential employment through the Ruwwad KSA Analyst Program. The next application cycle begins in Jan 2026.
