As a COOP intern at Kearney, you will contribute to consulting project teams as they offer honest advice and practical guidance to our clients. Depending on each client’s unique needs, projects can differ in length, size, and location, giving you unique, hands-on experiences across a range of industries and service practices.

Working alongside a dedicated and diverse set of people, you will broaden your knowledge and experience in an open, agile, and collaborative environment. Key Responsibilities

• Support project teams by understanding, refining, and prioritizing research needs.
• Identify key issues, form hypotheses, and determine appropriate research solutions.
• Clarify scope and approach through proactive questioning.
• Conduct high-quality analysis, validate assumptions, and identify data anomalies.
• Gather, analyze, and synthesize information into firm-formatted deliverables like spreadsheets, summaries, or exhibits.
• Participate in brainstorming sessions to generate innovative ideas and solutions.
• Through targeted research and document creation, build knowledge in specific content areas and develop expertise.
• Develop effective client relationships and collaborate with client teams to obtain needed information.

Who You Are

We look for collaborative, insightful, and inquisitive problem-solvers who are ready to share their ideas and contribute as soon as they join a team. You should be analytically inclined, enjoy solving problems, and be able to prioritize effectively. A bachelor’s degree from a top-tier university with demonstrated analytical expertise is required, along with fluency in English and Arabic and a strong passion for consulting.
