We are seeking a highly skilled and strategic Sr. Manager, Talent Acquisition to lead our recruitment efforts and ensure we attract, develop, and retain the best talent in the industry.

Responsibilities

• Manage and mentor the Talent Acquisition team in all facets including coaching, mentorship, performance, career pathing.
• Integrate yourself with the business, understand their goals, collaborate with Hiring Managers to identify staffing needs, and determine creative hiring strategies for complex positions. Prior experience with High Volume recruitment.
• Drive recruitment strategy through each stage of the funnel and evaluate areas for potential improvement or efficiency.
• Assist with the implementation and facilitation of leadership development programs and internship programs.
• Utilize exceptional data analytics skills to analyze recruitment metrics and drive data‑driven decision‑making processes.
• Implement strategies to optimize recruitment processes based on data insights.
• Lead initiatives for continuous improvement in the recruitment process, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness.
• Stay abreast of Talent Attraction industry best practices and implement innovative approaches.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with executive leadership to understand hiring needs and align recruitment strategies with business objectives.
• Demonstrate executive presence and the ability to influence key stakeholders on talent‑related decisions.
• Develop and nurture relationships with external partners, and industry networks.
• Foster strong internal partnerships with cross‑functional department leaders to understand team dynamics and hiring requirements.
• Collaborate with Human Resources and department leaders to implement effective career succession planning.
• Collaborate closely with the global TA acquisition team and other global stakeholders to continuously improve recruitment processes and strategies.
• Identify and groom internal talent for future leadership roles.
• Contribute to the development of organizational policies and processes related to talent acquisition.
• Implement strategies to enhance organizational culture and employee engagement.
• Contribute to enhancing the company brand and community partnership activities in the Middle East.
